$16,000 Ring Stolen From Lafayette Business
The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Department is seeking tips from the public after a ring was stolen last month from a local business.
The store from which the ring was stoled in a business on E. Gloria Switch Road.
The ring, which was described by sheriff’s office spokesman John Mowell is a ladies 14 karat gold custom designed and crafted ring, channel set with bead prong diamonds and bright cut accents. The ring has an appraised value of $16,115.00.
As of now, the sheriff’s department is still seeking information about the ring and its whereabouts and has yet to announce any arrests or suspects.
Since the ring holds such a high value, the sheriff’s department will no doubt be looking for the thief and planning to make an arrest once caught.
