- Utility Bill (with current address)
- Full name of the person in jail
- Birthdate of person in jail
- Name of the Jail
- Booking Number (if you have it – no worries if you don’t)
Do I Need An Attorney?
The defendant will be obligated to hire his or her own attorney if possible. If the defendant is unable to afford an attorney, the court will appoint one.
